An, OK build, but I can't really see what this ez excels at. You put a little bit of everything into him making it a radical hybrid build. And a major con that you forgot to mention is is extraordinary squishiness. The mix of life steal and spell camp is nice, but you don't have a lot of attack speed or cool down reduction to compliment it. And since this is a fairly odd way of playing an ez, you might want to consider adding a "how to" chapter in there.
