guy on top is right even if u add a little survivability its wont make a difference as for annie is very squishy which means u gotta dish out as much damage as possible to make them fear you also annies e is very powerful at blocking MD it once saved me from veigar it completely nulled his ultimate and he was one annoyed sob =3

You don't really need to add utility masterie or greed, you have much more use for the 2 points into expanded mind. Also with the recent nerf to Strength of Spirit it's kind of a waste to put into that and honestly since annie is a caster you should really put the 9 points into offensive tree, i also don't agree with the doran's blade. I didn't -1 but i will give you my opinion, other people on this website won't be so kind as me.
