Voted it up, Just came back from an AP Ashe game, laned with my AD Soraka friend... needless to say. We won hardcore, the rest of the team wasnt to good to be honest... but we carried hard and won it :)

You make one mistake... with your items u get 30% cooldown + masterys u got 39% so why do u use cooldown runes ? :)

But a nice guide. i'll try'em :D

Ashe ap is really fun, ive tried it, ulti spam every 40 secs, lich bane dmg burst is really great :D
