nice... i'd recomment a lw instead of a tbs, and i'd also chose to go with all armor pen not magic pen now. also, cv sucks on sivir. just saying. but it's how i used to play, great job and +1

Yep , like he said sivir don*t need ghost that much, but it can be put in good use. flash/ignite - I recommend. In large - build is nice and nice touch with dorans ring. I wont rate yet cause its not over but i think it will be 1+

Exaust can doo and I play it sometimes : FLASH/EXHAUST but i have frozen mallet in my build... This build is not over yet btv. and i will explain why what spell, but i don*t have much time lately so... Thx for comenting once again

i dont think flash and ghost are very good on sivir considering she is a VERY good nuke if you play her right. She doesnt need that kinda of escape with the damage she will do. I advise exhause and ignite. Also black cleaver is a very good addition to her damage i advise going that aswell.. This guide could have definently been more thought out -1
