And if survivability is such a problem, instead of 2nd Bloodthirster get a Banshee's Veil or Guardian Angel. Though from personal testing even that doesn't help much. I mean, it helps some but not as much as you'd want it to... =P

Well, you can never have too many Bloodthirsters, and it's only 2. It's not like I'm building just that. The numbers speak for themselves on the guide. I kill most non-tank champions in 3-5 hits and I can kill tanks hella quick as well. If you're playing it right this build is really nice and powerful. Like I said before, it's not gonna be for everyone and it takes skill to play this build properly but once you get there, you won't be disappointed...

Imo to many Bloodthirsters and I would go earlier with Shadow Edge, because you get easier kills with more Attack Speed and Silverbolts in Teamfights then with Bloodthirster so you can buy them faster and at Endgame, then they didn't surrender, you will be own them.

I've noticed with the recent nerf to Vayne this build stands up pretty well. You're still squishy but you don't lose a lot of dps!

Lunex, don't vote it down if you can't contribute why you don't like it. Saying 2 lifesteals is bad, it actually ups her survivability because I can heal back to full health in a few shots and you get all that extra attack damage. And I'm sorry but it seems most haven't really played Vayne because no matter what you do, she is squishy (glass cannon). If she gets focused it's usually over, even if you have more health+, armor+ items. It's just the character...
