-1 for AP runes, not to mention the terrible mess of items that make zero sense.
Cut out the bloodrazor and the Malady, and it's a lot better, but still bad.
I was harsh with this comment, sorry.
The item build lacks a lot of synergy.
You get Gunblade, Void Staff, Madred's Bloodrazor, Malady, and an Abyssal Scepter.
This implies that you will rely on auto attacks for a large portion, if not most of your damage.
Why then, would you get Rylai's, and not a Frozen Mallet?
Assuming you use the sorc shoes instead of the gun blade, you have over 72 flat magic penetration, and a void staff is only worth the extra 40% if the enemy has more than 120 magic resistance, which is almost never.
In short, your tank is very low, your damage is very low, and you just seem confused about items and runes and the like.
Cut out the bloodrazor and the Malady, and it's a lot better, but still bad.
