well thanks for the replys but i dont really know how to do those hovering icons :/ im quite new at making builds and for sure still not quite my strong point... as for my grammar im not even in an english country but i try my hardest... and i was on low time and wanted to see my changes... so i had to publish to see them what made it quite bad looking... still im going to improve it soon...

I didn't even read your guide. The icons were way to big and they didn't work. (hover)
As I scrolled down just to make sure that it was like this in all sections I saw some really bad grammar mistakes, this leads me to think that there will be some spelling mistakes as well.
You can call me a Grammar Nazi all you want, but doing applications at work have taught me one thing. Poor grammar usually shows lazy tendencies. Have to make sure it looks good!
Also for having 2 builds there, it seems way to short and way to basic. Guides that I really enjoy are ones that explain things throughly and why it is you are saying these are the best things you can do.

Neither build has any survivability. Double Phantom Dancer is a pretty bad idea considering that you can already abuse Eve's high movement speed. As a sustained DPS champion, you need to stay alive, making defense very important.

The same goes for your AP build - you can never just build full offense (even with lifesteal/spell vamp) and expect to win. In addition, you max Hate Spike for some weird reason, when Eve's strongest point when building AP is her burst. You should always max Ravage first and be constantly ganking lanes to help your team win.
