If you want a "DPS" Nasus, just build an Infinity Edge, then build all tank items.

Q doesn't scale well with AD compared to how much you can just farm it.

The whole concept of Nasus in the current style of play is to get super tanky, and do massive damage with your Siphoning Strike.

Masteries are fine tbh, 21/9/0, 21/0/9, 0/9/21, and 9/0/21 are all good for Nasus and all have their pros and cons.

AtS seals are HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.

You can use them, but they are very bad.
