First of all, I dobut Jax will need Guinsoo or Phantom Dancer. Second, Phantom Dancer is a horrible item for attack speed, when you have Madred's Bloodrazor(since people in 3v3 will be stacking Atma's and Warmog's, this is a pretty nice counter to it) or Wit's End.

You should also rush Gunblade over Rageblade, even if you build that excuse of an item. I usually go for Aegis of the Legion and Rylai's Crystal Scepter after Gunblade, and then get Will of the Ancients, Guardian Angel or a second Gunblade, depending on the situation. However, Madred's Bloodrazor is always an attack speed option against Atmog's teams.

Great build, but however, after your core items, you won't be that good (going for survival never is that great for Jax). Most of the time you'll get your hp from lifesteal/spellvamp combi. Your phrasing with the part about Hextech Gunblade makes it sound as if it isn't made from Blightwater Cutlass and Hextech Revolver, but personally, I find that if you have too low money for Hextech revolver, I'll usually get lifesteal 1st, but not getting the full blightwater cutlass (aka ignore pickaxe). It may help more before you get your revolver, but its a short time, so saving up may also be good.
