So for sake of health I switch spirit visage for Warmog's. I personally have not had an issue with health, but then again I dont charge guns blazing into battle. I also put in boots since everybody seems to want them, but again, it doesnt seem to bother me as Yorick has a natural speed buff. And in response to blackdwarf, Sheen is used for its passive as I said in the guide. I have had it work numerous times for him and 9/10 end up leaving with a kill.

indeed, you have no boots. and you almost don't have health. that 800+ health is not enough on him, he will die really fast. and i think sheen doesn't work on him. yeah you get one high hit, but with the health you are having now, you don't win in teamfights. besides that, your abilities don't benefit from sheen.
