What are you talking about AD? This build actually has none, or very little depending. This is a disguised AP Build, focusing more on AS/magic damage procs/poison as a core. I then build pure AP/Pen end game (void/rabadons) to make sure everything's still hitting hard. This is by no means at all a hybrid build, I've tested it out, and while things like Guinsoo's and gunblade look nice on paper, they don't actually benefit teemo that much. Guinsoo's usually won't give your mushrooms the AP they need, and the revolver costs a ton, the AD has no AS component and the AP can be bought much cheaper. Added to that, teemo's quite simply a little too weak for lifesteal/vamp to count if you're getting focused, unless you completely change the build to allow for it.



Not really sure what you mean here, but all the boots have their benefits, just pick based on your opponents and your team (IE: If you have a jungler, lucidity becomes a better choice since you won't have blue buff as often]

but i really like the idea of the boots... but i think teemo is fast enough and he need some magic pen...

how about some hybrid items? in the end you can buy for less gold more ap and ad...

buy hhybrid with ap and ad or attackspeed and ad

Focused runes a bit, the attack speed was negligible anyway now that I think about it since you will get that easily from all your items. Also, I added in flat health quints since starting out with 430 health is a little painful. Thanks for the comment :)

Your runes is seriously weak, so it won't help much. You might as well focus your runes.
Is teleporting to mushrooms still possible since the last patch? I'm not too sure.
However, you tips and tricks are quite a lot :) So its good.
