Great build! My first game Turned out great!

Well, I like to run a vlad that can look frail and drop massive damage as quickly as possible. The Lucidicty boots are mostly for the fact that Hemo needs to happen more often making people afraid to try to start anything with you. imo the best vlad technique is to appear vulnerable and lead one or two champs in the woods where they are never seen again. With this build you can easily handle a 2v1 if your smart. Also, the armor pen is just to try to give a little boost to your harass early game.

im not trying to be a troll on this build but as far as offensive masteries =X i dont see it working armor pen and ?attack speed on a mage/tank(in certain situations) and O_O no mr at all just straight out ap and why lucidity boots X_X

Ah, Yeah I usually agree. But in a super extended game, your vlad should have about 650AP so it makes a fun boost to your overall attack. It makes chasing and killing much easier when you auto attack 700+ although a second cap or a zhonya is still just as nice for him.
