OK for runes, you're using Secondaries for both Seals and Glyphs. I can't begin to stress how bad this is. Ability power Quintessences & Glyphs, along with Armor/Health Seals would be much more viable.

Haunting Guise is really ****ty since Vladimir's passive nerf a few months ago. It's best left on casters who NEED the HP like Annie or Malzahar. Also, you want to move the Deathcap closer in the purchase order to maximize your damage/health. I'm not voting up/down because you seem to have good intentions, just not a very full thought process on itemizing. Check my guide for reference if you want. Good luck!

I tried this build, and I didn't have much Success with it. I don't like the idea of Boots of Mobility, Nor the Haunting Guise. It doesn't build in to anything, so I would suggest building something else like Banshee's, or Abyssal Scepter, if they have a lot of CC, or a lot of AP. -1. Maybe re-do the build as another guide, and it'll get better ratings. ^^

well we all have our style of play , still i belive this is enough magic pen considering every other item and the whole build ^_^ thanks for the oppinion mate ^_^ cheers

LOL... boots of mobility... yes vlad should gank but magic pen, CD, or Flat move speed is better. He is not an assassin who cant farm like eve or twitch. also, consider Spirt visage its buff was wonderful for vlad.
