I disagree with Deathalo44 as Aegis is great late game because late game is determined by team fights and when you crunch the number values on aegis it is worth something like 6k gold for the whole team. I would actually suggest you get it earlier as it can change the game and is rather cheap. but i would suggest maxing your bandage toss last as despair gives much better AoE team dmg and your job isn't to nuke one person down, it is to get in the thick of the battle and attract attention while others nuke down. also you might want some gold per 10 items early like a philo stone or HoG as they make junglers get more gold and even if you sell them late game they make you some nice money (probably will with philo stone as it doesn't build into much). the philo stone also allows you to give blue to a AP carry which helps team a lot.

Most of the time, even against a ghosted opponent, its still quite easy to chase down (Rylai perma slow, bandage toss stuns etc).

A suggestion is to max a skill first, preferably tantrum for the 10damage reduction, which may be vital earlier on.

Utility buff is much better than plentiful bounty. A slightly longer blue buff does wonders, and you have more mana to get a weak champion. It is slightly better as plentiful bounty doesn't help with damage and 5 seconds doesn't do a ton of help in jungle phase. The only good thing is the 5 gold, which is kinda useless even if you do spam smite.

Aegis of the legion isn't that good late game. Maybe you could get another tanker item.

3 Quints of Avarice gives 3 gold per second, in a minute it gives 180, 30min it gives 540 gold. Even though it may seem good, but most of the time, it is better to take others, such as Fortitude, to boost your jungle gameplay.

Flash > Ghost. Your ulti is most important, and bandage toss usually can only be used once in a team fight, and afterwards, once in chasing. It may be better to stop channeling ultis. However, its just based on your view, so nothing much changes.

Hope it helps :)

not so sure about the skill order. maybe max tantrum first without rotating bandage toss.
I do like how deseptively tanky the build is without it being so plainly generic.

the little amount of AP makes his bandage hit hard, so thats kinda cool while still being really tanky
