Well, personally, I like to wait till my Tear Of The Goddess stacks up a bit before I get Manamune and Archangel's Staff. If you rush them, they don't have much presence early game. I find that getting a little damage and ability power first helps more.

Hey, I don't play Hybrid Ezreal and I'm not going to do that so I didn't vote on your guide. But I want to add something to your guide:
Why don't you buy Manamune and Archangel's Staff first, cause of their passive?! ;)

Thanks for your input overdrive18. As I said, it's a personal choice on how to play Ezreal. Some people are better with AD, or AP. I'm better with a Hyrbid.

I have tried this build on multiple occasions. It's fairly effective, but I feel like pure AP or AD will serve you better overall. Either full AP burst or consistent AD Ez has always served me much better than any hybrid build I've tried or modified. Still, this can be solid if played correctly.
