Perseverance is really really useless, get 3 Points Gods Hand instead, 10% reduced death time is nice.
Even if you reach like 200 HP/5 it still only gives +8 ... awesome, isnt it? Yeah it isnt.

It doesn't seem practical, but the MPen helps a lot in dealing with her lack of damage. It makes her a real threat more than just a CC machine.

Solid build looks like you put alot of time into your guide.

Try my build it works. I have no problem farming as you can see, and Ashe was my laning partner. End game I had 2848 HP with 150+ Armor/MR without the shield with the shield I was hitting like 220 Armor and 250 MR.

As far as CDR goes, You don't need it! You do a combo then your lane partner does damage and then you go back to the bush..it just works. I don't know try it. All I can say.
