kk thanks for the comment. If you read the guide thoroughly you'll find that I explain the part of not being able to farm properly. I fixed the errors, kind of rushed this...needed to play some LoL ASAP lmao.

This build is fine. I see you put the philo, I wonder if that's because you can't farm with her, or for the health and mana generation. Also, are you going to keep level 1 boots?! Other than all the small errors, it's an okay build. Well done. (Just look over your build a little longer, seems like you just rushed it.)
