Testes the new build and changed the item order , malady + wits end is win , i win with akali 700 ap on 1 v 1 and survived with 500 hp (oracle ftw xD ) .

For the seconds build i choose trinity force instead of lichbane , i did that because basically teemo is hybrid character and not a nuker , u use blind then licbnae and then u must wait for blind m it sux .

The seconds build is more like nuke build ,i did some testing and changed mercury boots to sorcerers , malady give 24 magic penetration (4 more than sorcerer ) but wits end give 22 more magic dmg (like seconds poison but better) and 50 magic resist (100 magic resist = 40 penetration from nukes and u still have 35 -40 % dmg ignore by 60 magic resist ) mercury threads unique passive is missed at times (u always have flash and then active move quick to run away and use shroom on the way to slow enemies ) wits end + sorcerers give more dmg and survability than mercury + malady , u also need 4 attacks on malady to make it fully active ( wits end give at start 30 magic resist which is just like anti magic cloak + 6 magic resist . Good luck , choose your build and do not downvote without reason plz ^^. Pwn your enemies on high elo rankeds and remember ! Size doesnt mean anything ;) .

Did many games ,i change malady to wits end due to wits eng give great survability .

Malady gives much more dmg than wits end btw ;p , it give 25 ap which is 22 dmg for blind/shroom , and 4 + 4 for poison (+ 10 from ignite and masteries 10 ) u get 8 dmg for poison and 32 over 4 seconds + 24 magic penetration from malady = die scum .It also gives 20 magic dmg which scales great with poison .

It only gives attack speed , some magic dmg to poison and magic resist , the problem is u must choose , wits end is good against nuker and malady against others . All is about the enemy team and u having/lacking support .I agree at wits end solid item but with razors i quickly clean jungle so get buffs fast (huge buffs + ) and bloodrazor allow u to win every 1 v 1 and rly makes u important in 5 v 5 just like kog maw is ( but u deal more dmg than him xD ) .

wit's end is a fantastic item early game for teemo. it's a pretty solid item throughout the game, but very strong early game

Malady if they lack devastating power , wits end if they dont lack it .

U can have a lot of kills but cuz teemo is support u just need alot assist ;) .
