way too much armor not enough health, Guardian angel isnt the best choice either as people tend to ignore those for last, something you dont want with a tank. Shield of daybreak is bad to skill first, the reduced cd is nice but for early/mid game eclipse is much more useful all around. good hands is better than pres in your masteries. Evasion/dodge is pretty useless as well.

Well like I said above, I have tried getting the magic pen in offense. It doesn't seem to help Leona as much as the Utility does. It seems like a I do much better early game and late game with the 9 points in Utility. The extra gold and experience are worth it. And with the item build it gives you exactly 40% reduction. So you don't need the CD Reduction from the masteries.

You should have your masteries going into offense for that valuable magic pen. Being a full tank build, it could help out the damage shes able to put out by a decent amount, and possibly be more useful than the utility tree, what with a bit of CD reduction also. You should try using some icons and colored texts in your guide to make it more appealing to the eyes. Overall, you have some good information for newcomers and i would completely agree with your runes(except maybe the marks could be magic pen). Either way, it's alright, +1.
