Yes, I think I stated that somewhere, but I generalized the build to be evenly spread in keeping you alive from both damage types. 'Frozen Heart' is the better choice for any game where you are not the first one the enemy team goes for.

Ye i am playing close to this build but still this is nice guide just i suggest you to try with protection masteries and frozen heart :D! +1
