Youve made one very serious mistake! In teamfight your combo is W-R-Q which is really noobish mistake because you lose this way 25% dmg on W!!! You should run into the teamfight and cast Pyroclasm (R) - you dont need the missile by that fast. Your ulti ablaze almost all of them, then you use your Pillar of Flame (W) for 25% + DMG. It is a huge difference. Than cast E for some bonus damage and Sear (Q) cast on the one who focuses you or who tries to escape the teamfight with low hp. This is my humble opinion, Ive played about 500 games with Brand so I guess Im not new to him ;) Try it this way.
