You have completely wrong masteries for Damage and yet you max dazzle first.
Your items aren't really even that tanky.
You don't have enough mana for heals or to even "stun every 6 second" like you claim.
It is the "Worst guide ever" because it has a total of 24 words and basically just says you should lane with garen.
Like I said before, you completely missed the point of my guide and just down voted me because you are a crybaby.

And i dont like the builds actually. The items maybe work but not the skilling order, summoner spells, the runes or the masteries
