taking most of this into consideration but the 2 points in brute force it wouldn't be possible to take them out it would have to be the skills above because the points in that master unlocks the ones above so without those points the masters above would not be available. So to get 21-0-9 it would have to be full in brute force and minus the 2 above.
Nope, you definitely can. Try it. The point requirement is met by the points earlier in the tree.
If you're going straight up AD carry skill order should be W-E-W-E-W-R then R>W>E>Q.
TF's W is all he has, gotta use it well or you're just another ranged auto-attacker.
Personally I would switch the order of bloodthirster/PD. Go Boots 1, 3 health pots - greaves - PD - BV - Thirster - IE - PD.
And don't forget green elixirs. And wards (shouldn't have to buy them but someone does)
Also, 21-0-9 (take 2 points out of brute force and put them into awareness/utility master)
Other than that, not bad - for an AD carry TF.
Thing is, there are better AD carries (Ashe, Corki, Caitlyn) that do more straight-up damage, and I would make the argument that hybrid TF is better.
But for an AD carry TF, good build.
And... punctuation is your friend. Also the return key. Write the explanations like you write a term paper. Easy to read - easy to get the point across.

I think you need at least one defensive item regardless if you're a carry or not as you'd get one shotted by any burst mage late game. So if i was you consider getting something like a banshees third to help surviability. Then you'll get my vote.
Good luck on the guide!
thanks :) advice taken banshee's veil added in ;)
TF's range is 510. You will be close enough to someone so they can kill you. 2 phantom dancers without an IE? 3 bloodthirsters and no armorpen? You do realize lifesteal is useless if you're hitting like, 200's on tanks. Switch 2 bloodthirsters for a defensive and armor pen item. Switch a phantom dancer for an IE. There you go. Also why get a point in wild cards at lv 4? It's only 60 dmg.
i'll have to work on that stuff but for the wild cards its for harass only. and you never know it might be that last shot that gets the kill before they run away.
