Best guide I've used for LeBlanc. Very in-depth and well written.
And don't be skeptical. The 3 dorans rings are a very good way to start off the game.

Very in-depth, and I can tell that you've put some work in this. Many people frown on Doran's Ring since the increase to it's price, it's also been buffed in stats too! I think it's perfectly fine. +1

Very well done, and if it gets better I might Recommend this.

Its one of the most cost efficient items, by using LeBlanc, you're devoted to roaming almost 80% of the game. Also, it provides the early-mid game hp to survive ganks and teamfights. A total of 300 extra hp is extremely good.

Why spend extra money on 3 dorans ring? just start off with one and get other AP items that can help you more
