Dev Blow's damage only "scales" if the enemy actually has enough HP to hit the damage cap on the 8%. Other than that the damage only goes up by 20 per level. Most enemies won't hit the cap on level 3 or 4 at most before endgame.

The main attraction of leveling DB past 2 or 3 is the cooldown reduction. The mana cost also stays flat, unlike Heroic Charge.

Still, it's a CRIME to not have a point in Dev Blow by level 3. Even more so for Sheen.

@ bee, you realize that by not buying Sheen before level 13 you are giving up on DOUBLE DAMAGE every time you wall stun someone and then hit them?

And I realize that you like attack speed, but honestly it's just not worth it IMO when the other runes are only half or one-third as good as the marks. I'd think you'd get much more benefit out of something the seals and glyphs are actually good at.

As a final note, I'm just curious: how do you survive stuns? It seems to me that you're so reliant on lifesteal (you build no armor/MRes at all) that any interruption to your damage-dealing would put you in huge trouble. But then, I haven't played this build.

Devastating blow scales a lot better then your Charge, making it a lot more useful, also your charge's stun does NOT increase with level, so maxing that out before your blow is just killing your damage over.

Well talal, if you read the whole thing, you get your sheen at about level 13, which is where you first learn your devastating blow. With your huge movement speed advantage, you can place your charge. With a sona, they have no choice but to back up or hide in the bushes due to her poking spell. and in 3's they can't counter if you stun them, in 5's only charge when it's necessary. The gold cost is high, but late game you should be able to kill several players using your charge burst, which is where you can get plenty of gold to pay for the high costs. Rageblade is useless on her, I used to do that, but it fails. the runes of attack speed help you for farming and attacking the enemy while they are stunned. The huge attack boost from bloodthirsters will make your crits hit like a truck, and it passively adds damage to devastating blow ON TOP of sheen. I'm sorry to say but this build can effectively 1 shot characters, putting a HUGE mental scare into the enemies' gameplay, so when you ult, it really leaves the enemy with no choice.

and how can u harras with a charge if ur enemys had a brain or actualy knew how to play they would actualy counter u if ur harrasing and ur on ur way back behind ur minions they would put heavy dmg on u since u have defence items !

well to be honest look at this guide ... about 20k gold worth of items ... and ur just stacking blood thrister and runes attk speed ? and u get sheen but u dont even think of 1 rank in devastating blow this is a rly expensive build u would barely have this finished .. u might thinking of adding a rageblade in there
