People will like the guide more if you add [ [ Name ] ] (no spaces) for your items, masteries, runes etc. This creates a better-looking guide for next to no effort.

You might consider replacing Rylai's with Abyssal or BV, I find Rylai's is rarely useful on Fiddlesticks late game, and that's when you're getting it. Besides, a Fiddlesticks that wants to survive needs resistance AND armor to do so with any efficiency.

I would never get Reap to lvl 2 until I've maxed my Terrify; it only provides 20 flat damage more per level, for 20 mana more. This makes you less sustained without Blue Buff (You can't always have it up) and is not worth it. Also, don't look down at 1 second of Fear, it means your enemy will be within Drain range for up to 2 clicks more!

Since Dark Wind has the best range of all Fiddlesticks' spells, you should either initiate with it or chuck it as an enemy that's running with barely any health remaining and can't be reached with your other spells.

Fiddlesticks is a somewhat slow jungler, so rushing your Sorcerer's Shoes after Doran's Ring can really help.

Heck, you need to update your jungling section since the new jungle was released a while back.

Include a section about your Summoner Spells: for example, Exhaust is very good on Fiddlesticks (and replaces Rylai's to an extent).

I highly disagree with that the health and mana bonuses from the rod of ages help greatly in keeping Fiddle's straw *** alive late game considering most smart people will stack MR if your building like this

I don't like that rod of ages is in your build, it's unnecessary
