I tried Haunting Guise then deathcap... well.. Ive gotta say, its not that good :c
Otherwise, this build is pretty nice
Uhmm, i build Haunting Guise, Lich Bane and THEN Deathcap.
But thanks.
Agreed with 13all, but one thing is, Haunting Guise just isn't a thing for Nidalee. You give good reasons, yes, but in certain situations, you'll want to rush something else instead of wasting 1.2k gold on something you most likely will not keep. Rageblade is, In my opinion, a MUST with Nidalee, looking at the fact that she can keep up the stacks with no cost, plus she is an excellent pusher, giving her more Attack Speed, Attack Damage, and Ability Power, three things that are GREAT with Nidalee.
Also, your masteries aren't the best. The 9 in Offense is fine, but the Utility is messed up. First of all, the one point in Expanded Mind is pointless, because you're getting almost nothing for your mana. Second, a point in Greed is also pointless, looking at the fact you aren't getting anything to increase your Gold Per Second. Taking out those two points and putting them in Utility Master would be much more wiser, considering you should be getting blue almost every time it's up, and possibly red depending on who else is on your team.
And the last thing; Your Ability sequence. Yes, maxing your spear shot first CAN be a good idea. But the only time you want to do that is if you can ensure a kill with it. Also, a single point in Bushwack is good for scouting out bushes beginning game. That, and you won't have to worry about putting a point in it later. If you get Mana Regen runes, you can put one up every time it's available and you won't lose hardly any mana.
Just some things you might want to take into consideration. I'm not going to try to force you to change things, but these are some ideas that you may think about and possibly change in your guide.

First of all, thank you for the constructive feedback. I actually had Guinsoo's Rageblade in my build, it just somehow disappeared from the item sequence at top. Also yes, as you say, haunting guise is not the best in certain situations, and i will agree on that, but i find in most situations that it is very useful, and really helps me early game. About the masteries, yes i agree they are not my best work, though i feel it is a bit difficult since i find all of it useful and most of it i feel is situational and dependent on your runes and items. Also, i do have mana regeneration runes, and i have found, that yes, it is good to have the blue, but with my current build, i don't need it, and it can be given to someone else if they need it more. I really hate being dependent on getting a buff to be able to play at my best. Also, and i have tried this out, i can, with this build, play In all lanes and, i will later expand the build, so it will cover all roles except tank/jungler.
Anything i've missed, let me know.
