If you haven't noticed either i put in a ton of armor pen. Because he doesn't need too much atck speed when he can crit them hard with crit runes, and infinity edge. He is a more damage based champ. Not attack speed.

Atck damage and speed isnt all he he needs, the damage is there. You know he does more dmg to slowed, stunned, etc. champs. He has alot of damage end game if you see it.

its not too expensive, i managed to get all items. but i dont really like your rune build or masteries .. didnt work out for me too well. attk dmg and speed too low

Decent build, quite expensive though.
