i will downvote you and i will tell you why:

You teach this ppl wrong. Best skill to max is Infuse. It has a large range, it deals a lot of damage and it silences. Everytime someone tries to come near minions, u infuse him. With max cdr and lvl 5 spell, u do it too often for them to stay in lane.

Max infuse, then starcall, and only one point in astral blessing. You will see the big difference.

Oh, and you don't need mana regen with lvl 5 infuse. At all. You dont need hp either since nobody comes near you because of the infuse+starcall combo. All you need is magic pen runes, flat ap runes and infuse+starcall maxed. Rest is easy.

Truly awesome, I tried to freebuild ap soraka but It didn't work out as well as this guide, So fun to faceroll people as soraka :>

I've been trying to do an offensive soraka for the past few days. idk about getting starcall at lvl 1 unless you're going to be in a team battle though. I still prefer getting the heal first. other than that, Offensive Soraka FTW now haha.

Tried this and it works! almost carried my team 5 times in a row!

Oh yeah..last game i carried my team, but the game before that, a talon died 14 times, thats impossible to do...with a fed nocturne, it's hard to carry your team when they all die...

Remarkable. I am wondering if this will be able to carry bad players? I guess that is asking for to much. I give this build/Guide thumbs up. Offensive Soraka to good.
