I really don't see the worth of atmas it's only 2% of your max HP I mean sure thats kinda nice but it's really not as good as you think, and this is a build for running at them screaming and getting away with it, i do mention boots of swiftness being another great alternative to ionian boots though. personally i like randuins omen as a tanking item and it's active is nice

spirit visage to atmas, randuins to infinity edge and boots of swiftness= win.

full ad runes suck.

i changed it to exhaust and ignite, i honestly am not sure how heal got there 0.0 thank you though
