Plus the fact that there are MUCH MUCH MUCH better AP carries than him, and that's he has to put himself in harm's way so much makes him just much better when he's tanky.

Singed is an assist machine. While I think it's a neat idea, it's just simply not necessary to build him with that much AP.

Sadly I agree, Singed built as a tank/initiator still gets many kills from his poison. Leave the carry to carry champs and do your job to support them.

Singed doesnt need to be built ap to carry.

Don't play singed, cannot form a basis to rate this guide.

But wanted to point out that you don't have your ult at level 6 and have no skill put in at level 17.

There is not enough detail presented in this guide to justify some of the choices you made for your purchases and masteries. Knowing how to play Singed at different points of the game and at different scenarios presented in the game are vital, and I found that content missing in this guide.
