Not bad, even though Hextech Gunblade is a nice item for Teemo, your building a AP style. So I suggest putting in a Morello's Evil Tome for that nice CDR and AP. Anyways, nice guide and build.+1 from me.

Yea fast malady is a smart thing to do.. even if they dont stack MR its still a good item to get early just for the attack speed and its passive. Haunting guise is great too forgot all about that item to be honest. since it gives you that Health and MP
