Ok. Firstly, I would most certainly take Exhaust with the mastery over Clarity any day. And as a general preference, I would only take Teleport if you're needed for mobility, like a tank, or you need to farm heavy, like an AD carry. Also, I would take all of one kind of glyph instead of a 7 flat mana and 2 CD per level. I would instead do flat CD reduction or magic pen, or even AP before I took flat mana on Fiddle. Also a personal thing, Fiddle already gets a decent amount of hp regen from Bountiful Harvest, so while I can see getting WOA, or a Spirit Visage, I would get one or the other, leaning toward the Will of the Ancient so you get spell vamp from all your skills.
