good guide, but possibly remove rylais as a situational? Yeah i like the passive but i dont find it that useful on Anivia than a Katarina etc. The slow is canceled when u stun them with flashfrost, the wall does no damage and most of the time when u frostbite, they'll be either already stunned or slowed and ur ult already slows, i dont really find spending 3k is worth an extra 15% slow on your ultimate. And for 3k its pretty expensive while it only offers 500 health and 80 AP. Other items at that price offer higher stats.
