What do you mean where is ghost? yes it is expensive i mention that it works though. the boots i have work good for Morgana because it magic penetration. The boots still work for movement speed also can just get speed buff in the game.i will add more optional items and other stuff in the guide soon.

Awesome guide i love it! it worked really well when i play Morgana even though people say she is OP in my games sometimes :(

i will respect your Vote Down but believe it or not she is Squishy to AD Champions.i have to give a Example i would Say Jax,Vayne,Cat,Shaco,Hemi,Xin Can hurt you know. i will agree with you she can Solo which is why i send she can solo, but not would not recommend it.If is verse two AP then yes, but aganist AD she will have a harder time.
