This is a great guide i like the new take on WW your not relying on procs or magic dmg, but instead focus on auto attacks while your single dmg move is on cooldown. I gave it a try and you eat up tanks in game. Great survivability and its easy to take towers being camped by enemy players.

Also I have toyed with ionic spark but I think there are other items that are much more reliable than ionic spark's proc every 4 hits.

Actually that is what most people think and i'm not going to say it's wrong but it is not exactly true. WW only has one ability that deals magic dmg [Hungering Strike] and I think that the reason most people think this is where his dmg comes from, is that this is his only dmg ability besides his Ultimate. But think about it what do you do after you pop Hungering Strike? You hit Hunter's Call of course! You are auto attacking between cooldown's, as you chase, while your silenced and so on. The majority of WW's dmg is not magic but his auto-attack dmg. Next time a WW kills you look at the percents.
But if WW is built for magic damage then thats all he does bcuz his other attacks are pitiful. If you build WW AP and Procs then Hungering Strike will do the majority of the damage but it wont be very much at all. AP or Proc WW severely limits his damage output, he is a MELEE FIGHTER so naturally he is meant to be played AD.

Actually when you start a Dominion match you are already level 3 and you start with three points, it doesnt matter what they go into, you just can't put all 3 into one move.
Also I have tried garrison and everything I have seen has indicated that garrison is beast for the first few minutes of the game but later on it is almost worthless as it doesn't even do enough damage to turn away the enemy champions. Thank you for the input though!!! =]

Great guide only thing is ww does mostly magic damage so magic pen should help better than armor pen and you should try out ionic spark i don't know if its good on ww but it seems like it suits im well.

This is a minor point but you can't put 2 ranks in a row in hungering strike. Haven't tried to run WW in dominion yet, maybe I'll give it a whirl.

Also you might consider trying garrison. It can be used offensively and isn't the same as fortify.
