Might I recommend buying tear of the goddess first? You can spin songs at base. ;3
tried this out but you are left horribly squishy just with tear and you are less 30 Ap than having prospectors ring. it would probably even out later in game but the start is very important i feel
I'm HUGE fan of AP Sona. In fact I release a guide right before you released this one lol. I just have one question: Why no CDR btw? Even one item with CDR would help you increase your damage output substantially. Try it, perhaps?
yeah cdr does help a lot. I would normally grab hextech sweeper quite early on if theres a stealth champ on the other team which will give you 10% and if the game went any longer i would grab dfg if the other team was quite tanky or another cdr item at that point. I do always try to have at least the core of deathcap lichbane and boots by the end of the game. I kind of assume that people know that they need to adapt their build to the enemy team at this point.
