I play Eve alot, consistantly do well with her :D and this build I use as a basis. I've seen none better so far and I always use it as a guide when I play.

I get Lich Bane first because of the bonus Magic Resists, Movementspeed and huge Damage increase, each time I have about 200-250ap before I get Deathcapp.
This Eve build is weak untill Sheen/Lich Bane is done, then you start doing some serious damage.

I recommend finishing your Lich Bane after your Deathcap. With such little AP to begin with, Lich Bane won't add that much damage comparable to Sheen. Deathcap will help you out much more, with LB being the icing on the cake.

And I never thought much about snowball items on Eve, and it seems here that you are a big fan. I suppose she is very easy to snowball with, so I'm going to try your AP build and get back to you!

Thanks for the positive replies lads, and I hope alot of people will keep playing Eve, dispite the nerf. She's totally viable, I personally won so many games for my team.

And yes, without gunblade 80% of the ganks will fail because enemy makes it to tower ( or without Bilgewater cutlass ).

I always appreciate when people put faith in champs other people doubt the usefulness of. After the nerf eve definitely applies to that. nj all around

Lots of good points. I definitely agree that Gunblade is necessary for ensuring those ganks. Reading this made me want to play Eve despite her recent nerfs.

This system can't count masteries lol, it says I'm using 28 points but there are actually 30 :D
