She is a threat with or without sheen. Her skills do need AP to have 3shot bursts. In this build she's tanky dps, staying in the fight for more than 2 seconds. Meaning only build this way if you don't have a tank. Anyways with this troll build, she does decent damage towards carries and people do focus her a lot, no matter what type of build she is.

anywayz my #1 question is... WTF TANK POPPY?

her ult seems kinda useless then....the extra damage is only about 20 max..... no1's ganna target her...shes not a threat
