downvoting because you have no armor penatration in your build whatsoever, and you also do not take ghost.

You need either a black cleaver, last whisper, or youmoo's ghostblade for itemization, and you need ghost on trynd. You should conisder starks fervor over bloodthirster, and making 2 phantom dancers is obnoxiously overkill, even more so finishing two before making any damage items.

The items are poorly optimized in both build order and selection, against decent players who counter-build (as you should) this build would fall completely flat.

That's a poor reason at best to down vote on such a new guide. Votes early on are what determine if the guide will be viewed, you should vote on a guide this new based on the quality of the guide, not your opinion of the build. If you wish to share negative views, do so, but do not deny a build the opportunity to become recognized due to your sole opinion.
I also note that this down vote is on a Tryn guide higher rated than yours, and so is another recent down vote. Thus my suspicion is maybe you are down voting other guides in an attempt to get more views on your own. If this is true I suggest you re think things.
This is no threat and I am not trying to be nosy, I just happened to notice it and think if my conclusion is correct you are really being scummy. As a final note I see a very nice compliment to you yourself on your build... made by an account made on the same day of the comment and with no activity since.

Needs some grammar work, and layout is plain. But what it needs is there, and explanations are good enough for someone who has not played Tryndamere to get a good idea before playing. Good job for a first guide!

You do need ghost on trynd. It allows you to turret dive effectively as well as avoid being kited less (which happens when you play against anyone decent). Rushing 2 phantom dancers means you have zero damage output, and without any armor pen or reduction items you will deal no damage by the time you actually manage to finish a bloodthirster or infinity edge.

And you say my build is 'full of bf sword upgrades', but i only have 2 BF swords in my build, and they amount to more damage than the 2 BF sword items you have in yours, so I fail to understand what point you are actually trying to make.

You also do not want to focus on trying to deal damage early game, because nothing you can do early on for the sake of damage is going to amount to anything worth while. You take boots for move speed, combined with move quints to last hit minions effectively without being harassed. When you take brawler gloves you allow yourself to be harassed far too easily because you are so immobile.

Trynd is a melee laner, so you take the solo top lane and you farm farm farm. You make the money to deal damage in the mid game. And 3 pots plus boots gives farm more sustain than gloves and 2 pots.

Your build will not work in ranked matches. It is not an efficient way to play tryndamere.

First off if you are playing tryn in ranked and in a descent elo you will get bullied out of top lane. you are going to want to jungle in ranked as tryn which does work but ganks are tricky to pull off. this build is not designed for optimal ranked play this is a build for pub games where you lane with random people and no one ever jungles. and trust me when i tell you i last longer in a lane with brawlers gloves over tier one boots every game.

to effectively tower dive as tryn you don't need ghost you need flash and your spinning slash. i can see you a mile away with ghost up and i will either turret hump you slow you or CC you in some form and then escape. Flash brings that instant mobility and sort of surprise factor for a turret dive. how often do you see pros in tournaments grab ghost? Top solo lane: exhaust flash, jungle: smite flash, mid: ignite flash, bottom ad carry: exhaust flash, support: clairvoyance flash. notice a pattern? all have flash, why do you think that is? flash is too valuable and ghost is just not on par with it. And again cleanse is just useless when it matters. your killing yourself with those summoner spells. and i do apologize about the comment regarding BF sword upgrades i was thinking of another build that had like 2 bloodthirsters an infinity and a black cleaver. while some points of your build are good i really just don't agree with a lot of things.

no you actually dont need ghost on tryn. its almost a waste because exhaust and flash will save you faster than ghost. and im pretty sure your downvoting my build to boost yours. and as for your "you need armor pen" yea you need it if people are stacking armor against you. This build is designed to bring you the most Attack speed crits and damage against normal armored targets. i have said specifically in my build to avoid tanks since you will get nowere on them unless you have armor pen and lifesteal against them. you obviously have no clue how to play tryndamere because i looked at your build and its pretty bad. boots and pots for starters? where is your crits? you know tryn has a terrible early game so get some more crit to boost your lvl 1-5 damage. tryn wants damage yes but not as much as you are asking for. your build is full of BF sword upgrades which is noobish. btw the speed you have with one ghost usage i have with 2 phantoms and boots full time.

thank you for +1 =) and thank you for that comment. this is my way of playing tryn that works and works just about every time. and yes ive bought a last whisper or youmoos for those tanks picking up mad armor but this is situational. with my build i can rip through anyone under 100 armor with very few hits. ill add a section in the guide talking about armor pen in relation to this argument.

nice build currently using this one for my next few to see how it works out. and yea i agree with you about the armor pen its really only good for high armor targets. your still gonna hit through their health before they realize how hard you hit.
