Getting Starcall sooner or later depends on the game, but generally your AD carry is not hitting magic, and generally I don't see any advantage on that unless, as said on the guide, you feel like with that little extra dmg you could take them out. At level 4 your main concern should be your carry farming more than theirs, since -if they play well- it's gonna be pretty difficult to kill them...

i think you should get your starcall at level 4 at least so then that way u can lower their mr for your carries to finish em off
