I actually modified it quite a bit, I found the early defensive stand with frozen mallet wasnt letting me push like I wanted. Thank you by the way :D
I see that you did change it a bit, just to make an advice, i would get Mercury threads instead of Ionian (the magic resist and the tenacity you get just cant be ignored), and the Ghostblade its not bad but i would get Atma's Impaler for the armor it gives me, the Crit Strike chance and the attack damage I get combined with that Frozen Mallet is just great. Those items i mentioned are on my build including the rest of your items, but is still pretty good
i feel like... yomuu should be the first item. its a great item early game since it gives a dps everything he/she wants. but it falls off late game, which when late game comes, switch it for a cleaver.

It makes sense and is why I'm thinking of just getting rid of youmuu all together. However, I havent gotten that far into late game to even see use of it. Therefore, at this point I'm building based on experience for the final item, possibly guardian or thorn mail.
Some things I'd change:
Lucid Boots - This does not affect your ulti in any way, and the cooldown reduction you would get from beserkers greaves (due to Shyvana's Innate) is matching, if not better than 15% CDR
Phantom Dancer - With the exception of Tryndamere, it really isn't wise to rush Phantom Dancer immediately after boots. Shyvana is not a crit machine, nor can she afford to be so squishy early game. If you do choose to build Shyvana with crits, as I noticed you do, it would be a wise decision to build phantom dancer after at least one survivability item. Even phage would suffice.

You make a good point, but only for Twin Bite, the passive could be said to lower cool down with attack speed to increase the next time you can use Dragon form but the 3 seconds you gain EVERY time you use a QWE skill let you spam better than a Shyvana that has to wait. At least, this is my reasoning.
The survivability is within the health potions and vamp scepter, I can easily gain back all life lost because of how I play. I tried building phage back before I adjusted the build and found that, even though I have some life and slow I cant do enough damage if they stand and fight to take the advantage.
