Cloth armor +5 health pots
I go 1/12/17 masteries taking
dodge and damage reduction in def tree
ghost, xp boost, mana regen and movespeed in utility
obviously smite in offence
More in def if you prefer.

My runes are armor pen reds, armor yellows, ap/level blues and hp quints.
Theres probably much better rune combos out there but i can clear the whole jungle taking blue first with a leash staying at close to full hp the whole time and a gank afterwards.
My skill order is QEQ then maxing q before w before e.
I play skarner DPS but it can work for this build too ;)

Not a bad read at all. Some things that I noticed:

- You should add your starting item(s) to your cheat sheet.
- You could add some items that you could buy or that people sometimes buy but you think those items suck, etc.
- For instance: Why don't you buy Mercury's Treads? That's a more common choice on Skarner I believe.
- In your item section, try to put a hard enter between every point in the list. Now it looks clotted together.
- You could tell, that if you don't jungle, which lane you like to go.

I'm going to keep it with that, I don't play Skarner myself so I don't know much about it.
