Be careful with Expanded Mind . With your build, it's only giving you about 50 extra mana at level 18 with your full build. 50 mana isn't even enough to cast your spells! I would move those points into Meditation , Greed , and Utility Mastery . The extra time from a baron buff or stolen red / blue is worth more than that little mana.

Not bad , i play Sion also like an AP, maybe can try to build the Lich Bane witch is great with combination with your Enrage trigger for more damage output.

Why would you go for 9 Greater Glyph of Insight, Instead of CdR glyphs?

Instead of AP seal runes, go with Mp5, then you can start of with a Dorans Ring.
