Despite me not being able to test it out properly, as a Wukong player, I am upvoting this. Not only is the item build and explanation plausible, it also has been verified.

Thank you for reinvigorating my love for Wukong even more!

On an other note, quick simple question. Do you really only get the boots once your done the lantern? I tend to get my boot after the razer, but i was thinking of trying getting the boots first and then the razer-lantern... we'll see.

I also used this combo, mallet and youmutu and trinity-warmog and they both work really well. What i build depend on my team. If we need damage or tankiness.

but yeah good work, and i hope you keep adding stuff, ill read it for sure, so let us know (forum or in your guide) when you have new updates. Thanks for making this guide, wukong jungling works so well for ganking, no one expect him to be good and you have the element of surprise.

haha yeah everyone things wukong jungle is for nubs... they r so right :p
but on your question of wriggles first vs razorboots the best thing i can say is it really depends on what your enemies are. I usually just go b and if i have enough for wriggles i get it but if i dont have enough i get razorboots. it really just depends it works both ways.

You know what... after looking more into, and this is something you could add to your guide...

I wanted to compare your build with a typical solo top build that is well rated on mobafire.
With a budget of 7682$ you can get:
doran's blade to start, vampire scepter, trinity, and youmutu blade (on that guide the vampire scepter is later turned into a bloddthirster, i added it to have a matching budget, if you want to take it off, take 12life steal away from my calculation)
so you get: 70AD, 15life steal, 350HP, 250Mana,12 movement speed multiplier, 30critical strike, 15% cool down, 20armor pen with a passive of 2% chance of doing a 35% slow, active: youmutu's.

YOUR BUILD: 7537$ lantern, frozen mallet and youmutu
73AD, 30 armor, 15 lifesteal, 700HP, 15Critical chance, 15%cooldown, 20 armor pen.
passive: automatic slow of 40%
active: Free ward + same as above with youmutu's.

Bottom line for -145$ you get: +3Attack damage, +30 armor, +350HP, -250mana, -15 critical chance, and -12 movement speed multiplier but you get a much better slow for your passive...

So its fair to say i have just changed my mind on trinity. For the money, when you can get the lantern and frozen mallet, vs trinity and starting items like the doran's blade, i rather have more HP, more armor, better slow and free wards VS more mana, critical chance and movement speed.

Theres one thing im not sure about, with trinity and sheen, does the 150% damage proc with abilities? because you could use your E, then Q would be at 150% which is nice... So if thats how it works, then both builds are just as good, im just not sure it does. Either way, those are the comparables, pick and choose :P

+rep if that helped in any way and if you were brave enough to read the whole thing :P

rep has been given good sir, that was a very informative speech :D also for making you realize these things i wouldn't mind a +rep for me as well :p

Some are questionning why you would jungle Wukong. And theres a very good reason for it, hes a very good ganker, and jungling is about clearing the jungle fast AND ganking. Wukong has really good ganking abilities.
I like your guide a lot. The build not as much, but thats personal preferences. I personanly like trinity over FM on Wukong, for the movement speed, attack speed, crit and damage over the slow and extra HP. But both items are good, you cant go wrong with either of them. And boots, i rather have the mercury or ninja, but i'll try yours and see how it goes.

Only suggestion I could make to improve the guide, is adding a core item section, situational items (late game items) and either a section with optional items, (list the viable items) or a section were you would compare items like trinity Vs FM or your boots, etc...

but overall very nice guide, the build is fine too so +1
Keep working on it and i could see this guide being a top Wukong guide!
