VeNomNom: When exhaust is used offensively, the slow is nice but not really needed early game as you actually have move speed advantage against others to perform your combo easily and kite, rendering it most likely to be used defensively when ganked.

However, in many cases you can generally out damage most AD carries and jungler early/mid game unless they are really well fed and with good use of your ultimate, sometimes you can even turn around ganks to killing both of them if you can burst down their main source of dps fast.

In current metagame, usually your ranged AD will cover exhaust and both your and opposing AD will actually be farming well into at least mid-game, thus I'd prefer more offense to facilitate killing easier as my playstyle is rather aggressive, allowing me to kill unsuspecting enemies.

Ignite < Exhaust imo, why did you go for ignite?

Rest looks nice and not overtly long, like it. +1
