Don't know if anyone is still using this, but I'll be updating it as soon as I find a new buy order... Damn Riot removing half my build in last patch -_-

I still switch back and forth between ghost and garrison. Just been using garrison more lately because Rammus is a ***** when he's got you taunted under a tower with increased fire power :) especially when you thought that tower was yours

Good build, but I always prefer to have ghost, just so I can movie ridiculously fast. :D

o sorry i originally had ghost and flash as my summoner spells, I just forgot to change it when I changed my spells. Thanks for the catch :)

You've put a mastery point in ghost while selecting flash and garrison as your spells?

Updated: Split into two builds, one for AP Heavy Teams and one for AD Heavy Teams. Changed Summoner Abilities to Flash and Garrison. Added a section on Buying Order and an explanation about boots.

Thanks. I'll take a look at tweaking it for optimal speed. Been trying out other builds and other champs, so I've not spent as much time on finishing this as I probably should have.

well, there's no cap on mov speed, as i've seen a rammus hit 4000 on youtube. but... there are dimininshing returns, which show up in the build. gj overll, especially with not 5 pd's and boots of mobility. actually legit on rammus. +1
