I think that putting in 10 points in the defense tree is really beneficial. Take less damage from minions AND dish out additional damage? And a point in 1 less damage taken is really beneficial. I think if you do a 20/10/0 set up, and with damage quints, you can't go wrong. I've cleared jungle between 3:10-3:35 consistently with that set up.
