you are write is a unigue , but from a different item. 2x hextech revolver dont stuck but a revolver and the will should stuck. Have seen this also a week ago and it workded, Same like if 2 chars have the Will of acients they hace 2 auras.

Nice guide, pretty much tells as all we need to know/already know about vlad. How about a tanky vlad guide :o Ive always been curious about him :P Seriosly though good guide, I used to love vlad before the nerf, I even wrote a guide that went to hell but w.e. This is defs one of my favourite builds but with ionian boots. +1
