Incomplete, but i like your skill choice. I don't understand why you get doran's shield and then philosopher's stone. I'd rather rush phil's or HoG and skip dorans completely because it looks like build takes awhile to get books. I really question surge because I think ignite is better because ignite gives out more damage and has a little passive. Just my ideas :/ Maybe Randuins > Sunfire? Good build anyways.

Tried this build out myself. it's pretty neat if you go pure tank with it the amount of damage of your W is just huge.

but i think after warmog's/ sunfire cape you should put an atma's impaler
